Booking & Deposits

* A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

* An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

* The deposit secures your booking date and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

* If less than 48 hours' notice is given, or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

* A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Custom Designs

* Every tattoo is designed specifically for you.

* To create the best possible design, please provide:

* Your tattoo idea and any key motifs (listed in order of importance).

* Reference images.

* A clear standing photograph of the area to be tattooed.

* Your preferred size in centimetres.

* Final refinements and adjustments will be made together on the day of your appointment.

* Significant changes to the design, size or concept on the day may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

Design Preview Policy

* Designs are not sent before appointments.

Your design will be reviewed together on the day and adjusted where necessary before tattooing begins.

Touch-Ups

* One complimentary touch-up is included if required.

* Touch-ups can only be carried out once the tattoo has healed for a minimum of 3 weeks.

* Complimentary touch-ups must be completed within 6 months of the original appointment.

* Free touch-ups do not apply where healing issues are the result of incorrect aftercare or failure to follow the aftercare instructions provided.

Following the aftercare advice is essential for the best possible healing.

This includes:

* Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 4 weeks.

* Avoid excessive sweating, swimming and gym sessions for 10 days.

* Do not scratch, pick or peel the tattoo.

* Remove the initial wrap as instructed.

* Wash gently with fragrance-free soap and apply the recommended aftercare product as directed.

Age Requirement

* You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

* Valid photographic ID may be requested before your appointment.

Health & Medical Information

* You are responsible for providing accurate information about any medical conditions, allergies, medications or skin conditions that may affect your tattoo.

* If you are unsure whether it is safe to be tattooed, please seek advice from a medical professional before your appointment.
